Together, we’ll prepare two distinct styles:

  • Northern Italy’s Egg Pasta – Silky ribbons of tagliatelle or hearty pappardelle, enriched with eggs for a luxurious bite.
  • Southern Italy’s Eggless Pasta – Rustic shapes like cavatelli or busiate, made simply with flour and water, celebrating the sun-drenched flavors of the south.

As you mix, knead, and shape your pasta, you’ll learn time-honored techniques and the stories behind them. Then, enjoy your creations with complementary sauces while savoring the flavors of Italy.
