Everything Dough Pizza Making Class - Valentine's

Join us for a fun-filled date night winter, where you’ll learn how to make delicious pizzas like a pro and fudgy brownies. Ages 17+

You’ll learn firsthand how to:

The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
Shape the dough and top it
Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
Slice, top, and serve

Every guest will receive additionally: A recipe ebook, take-home dough, and (1) complementary beverage.

What to Expect

Our pizza class is 100% hands-on. Each student works with their own dough, which you’ll take home to bake later. During the class, we provide dough that has been fermented for 48 hours, ready to bake on-site. You’ll learn how to stretch, top, and bake your pizza in a fun, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructors.
