Classic Italian American Cookies

Join Tina Zaccardi, Winner of The Great American Baking Show, as she helps attendees create two delicious classic Italian-American Cookies.

Make your own cookies along with Tina as she demonstrates how to create the classic biscotti Regina or Reginelle, a sesame coated cookie typical of the province of Palermo. A bakery staple, piped butter cookies sandwiched with jam and dipped in chocolate, are everyone’s favorites.

As a treat, she will provide some light snacks during class as well as cookies for tasting. Everyone will take home cookies that they have made in class. Recipes will be provided to replicate these dolce at home!
